
Board and Fees

Stall fees are $225.00/month, per stall (two horses max per family)

A Double sized Stall is available for $325.00/month.

The club is a self care co-op

however, LSC does have feeders that drop grain am/pm and turn-out/in the herd on a regular schedule.

Shot clinics are scheduled in the spring and fall for all members

The club utilizes the veterinary services of Dr. Steven King of Pine Meadow Equine Service, PC (https://www.pinemeadowequine.com/) and farrier David Brincat

Members are allowed to utilize other veterinarians and/or farriers and trainers are welcomed as long as they are provided a base badge/pass by the member

Additional Fees

Deposit - $400.00 per horse, required after your application has been approved by the Board of Directors

Owners provide their own grain to feeders to distribute mornings & evenings

Hay is provided and distributed by owners

Deworming is mandatory in January (with Ivermectin/Praziquantel) and April (with Moxidectin).

During winter months, round bales are purchased by LSC and divided by the number of horses in the pasture

Stalls MUST be cleaned daily

This includes cleaning water buckets & providing hay

Co-op/Self-Management:

LSC elects a volunteer Board of Directors to help manage the facility.

All members must complete monthly work party hours (5 hours/month minimum).
