Board and Fees

Stall fees are $225.00/month, per stall (two horses max per family). We have a Double Stall available for $325.00/month.

The club is a self care co-op. That being said, we do have feeders that will drop grain am/pm and turn-out/in the herd on a regular schedule.

Shot clinics are available in the spring and fall (April and October) for all members.

The club utilizes the veterinary services of Dr. Steven King of Pine Meadow Equine Service, PC (https://www.pinemeadowequine.com/) and farrier David Brincat. Other veterinarians, farriers, trainers are welcome as long as they are provided a base badge/pass.
Additional Fees

Deposit - $400.00 per horse, required after your application has been approved by the Board of Directors

Owners may provide own grain to feeders to distribute as requested

Hay is to be distributed by owners

Dewormer -Fecal samples to check for worms are taken in January, April, and September. Deworming is mandatory in January (Ivermectin/Praziquantel) and April (Moxidectin). If September FEC counts are high, additional deworming and retesting is required.

During summer months, fly predator and equitrol will be added to your bill for fly control

During winter months, round bales are purchased and divided by number of horses in the pasture

Stalls must be cleaned daily, water buckets in stalls must be cleaned by horse owner.

If unable, you can hire another member/friend but it is not to be expected

Co-op/Self-Management:

The club elects a volunteer Board of Directors to help manage the facility.

All members must complete monthly work party hours (5 hours/month minimum). If you own more than 1 horse, an additional hour is required per horse
